Gavin is a practical hands-on person. He grew up on a farm in Underberg in the Southern Drakensberg, South Africa. He is a Master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, and after spending time in Italy and the United States, began his career in speaking and training in 1999. He has since earned his credibility as a top trainer / speaker.
In 2004 he joined up with Anton van der Post, and together they consult with top companies on people related issues.
Gavin's passion for what he believes in, and the manner in which he presents his seminars and talks, is both refreshing and practical. His approach is sincere and entertaining, and he creates an environment where people feel comfortable to be themselves and explore their potential. His determination to help other people believe in themselves is what drives his results.
Gavin believes in giving of his time and energy towards developing self belief and potential in the youth, and is involved annually in running a youth Leadership Development programme in conjunction with the Knight Pentdragon Rotary Club of South Africa.
Over the years he has worked with top companies at various levels from executive level down, with excellent results. His passion lies in helping people realise their potential by teaching simple, practical and innovative tools for getting phenomenal results. He believes in living a balanced life and walking his talk.
